These terms shall apply to all users who may be buyers, sellers, salespersons, brokers, lessors, lessees or mere contributors of information.

The company reserves the right to modify, alter, update or change these terms anytime even without prior notice.

 

II. Disclaimer.


Site users recognize that tripping.com.ph is a mere free e-commerce site created to help its users find their homes or sell their properties. The company is not liable for any photos or listings created by site users. It does not own, appropriate, nor claim any rights from the photos, trade name, trademarks or logos which are posted by individual users. All pertinent rights belong to their respective owners. Site users are responsible for any claim, controversy, dispute or issue arising from their listings.

When using the site, you agree and understand that you will be exposed to listings or postings from different site users or sources and that neither the company nor verified members are responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, reliability or intellectual property rights of or relating to such user postings. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to listings that are inaccurate, offensive, defamatory, indecent or objectionable and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against the company or any of its verified members with respect thereto.The company is freed from any obligation, accountability or liability arising from listings created.

Nonetheless, the company reserves the right to review postings or listings and to exercise its sole discretion to edit or remove, in whole or in part, any listing at any time and for any reason. Upon receiving notice from a user or a content owner that a listing or posting allegedly does not conform to these Terms of Use, the company may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove the posting or listing, which it reserves the right to do at any time and without notice.

 

III. Caveat.


Buyers always buy at their own risk. Buyers are advised to conduct their own due diligence and inspect the prospect property before entering into a contract involving the same. If something is too good to be true, it probably is.Transact only with licensed or accredited professionals for your protection. The company enjoins or prohibits any unfair, unsound, illegal or unauthorized practice in real estate services and will not be liable for any unlawful acts, statements or misrepresentations of site users.

 

IV. Prohibitions.


The following acts are prohibited:
  •    Upload any content that violates or infringes the privacy, copyright, trademark or any other intellectual or property rights of another;
  •    Upload any content that is offensive, obscene, indecent, threatening, abusive, insulting, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive or fraudulent;
  •    Use the site to promote or create a listing of property when the right to sell such property is exclusive to another salesperson or broker;
  •    Act like vultures and disrespect fellow salespersons or brokers by encouraging clients to dishonor prior commitments or contracts with other colleagues;
  •    Make misrepresentations just to close a sale, promising heaven and earth or making any warranty or assurance that is not authorized, improbable or impossible.
  •    Deliberately supply wrong information or not disclosing material information regarding the property known to him or her;
  •    Use the site to send unsolicited or unauthorised messages, advertising or promotional material or any spam, junk mail or chain letters containing any data, file or link that contains or redirects to a virus, malware or other harmful components.
  •    Any act that is contrary to law, morals, good custom, public order and public policy;
